If you’ve come to this page, you’ve most likely ordered DVDs from your 2009 national or regional specialty.  Thank you so much for your business!  Spring and fall months are our busiest months of the year.  We are currently working very hard in efforts to get your DVDs edited and  shipped as soon as possible. 

Typical turnaround time to edit, duplicate, and ship national specialty DVDs is about 6-8 weeks from the LAST day of your specialty.  When we have videotaped back-to-back national specialties as often happens in the spring and fall months, it may take a bit longer (up to 10 weeks).  Please know that quite often we are waiting for crucial information from the breed clubs before we may complete the editing which might delay our turnaround time a bit.  But, we strive to ship out DVDs within a timely manner.
